− To noisy can't sleep properly coz to much noisy of the motorcycle, no parking area

10.0The convenience of having everything near the vicinity (fastfood chains, malls, cansihan, pasalubong shops etc) & the comfort we had during our stay are both excellent. Bonus points as it is adjacent to Felicia's Cake & Pastry shop. The unit is nearby the road but quiet during night time. The host was also responsive to queries. Great location, unit comfortable for groups of up to 3 adults
7.0The location — within walking distance of the provincial capitol, the museum and multiple food and shopping options.
− Unit was too small for 5 adults. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. They shouldve listed the unit for up to 3 adults only, up to 4 if the sofa bed was comfier/wasnt as beat up
