− Everything I stated in my complaint which hasn’t received any response from the owner. Wasn’t clean when we arrived, none of the facilities stated in the description were available, towels like cardboard, extremely noisy neighbours throughout the night, just awful!

− we booked the 3 bedroom house to be given keys to the 2 bedroom next door. when asked why the lady said that’s your for this week. then disappeared as we looked around the property. tried calling the number on the booking email no answer tried WhatsApp nothing then rang Booking.com to tell them, they had no luck either in contacting the owner??? please be warned that’s all
