− Dirty, bad smells in the apartment. We had to find another apartment after 10 hour driving because we were really disappointed. We tried to contact them after we saw these problems. It was successful but we got only pretends refund but after ghosting for days and nothing happened. Now we run after our money and maybe we got partly refund from booking.com but waiting for final decision.
