− Apartamento ligeramente descuidado, no daba sensación de limpieza total. Se estropeó el secador, les informé de lo sucedido, se limitaron a agradecerme la información y que ya pondrían otro secador a mi salida del apartamento ( al día siguiente de lo sucedido). Yo sinceramente hubiese esperado que me hubiesen entregado sobre la marcha otro secador. Creo que es fundamental ser servicial con los huéspedes y ayudarlos ante cualquier problema o imprevisto. La cama dura e incómoda. Las camas deben ser cómodas y confortables para favorecer el buen descanso de las personas, me parece una cuestión imprescindible para un buen alojamiento.

10.0Pretty ground floor apartment, light-blocking shutters, wonderful roof top with plunge pool ( in summer) and views of town and countryside. Local supermarket with fresh meat and veg a few minutes walk away. Gorgeous old town. Loved it and would return.
− Being asked to get find bins and take out rubbish. Isn't that the cleaner's job?
