Neues schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstatung
9.0ausgezeichnete Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung, neu, sauber, bequem.
− Duschgelspender und etwas späteres Auschecken ( 09.15 ist doch sehr früh , obwohl die Vermieter auch hier entgegenkommen ) dann wäre es perfekt

Perfekte Lage wenn Skifahren Prio eins ist, neuwertig und sehr sauber.
8.0Das Haus liegt perfekt direkt an der Gondel, alles ist ziemlich neu, sehr sauber, modern und es gibt einen Aufzug. Neben dem Haus finden sich direkt Parkplätze. Der Skikeller ist ebenerdig hervorragend zu erreichen. Man kann vom Erdgeschoss direkt in die dazu gehörige Skibar/ Mittags Restaurant gehen. Die Zimmerschlüssel sind in einem Schlüsselsafe deponiert was den checkin sehr unkompliziert und unabhängig von der Anreisezeit gestaltet.
− Aus der Beschreibung mit den qm geht zwar hervor, dass es sich um ein relativ kleines Zimmer handelt, die Bilder suggerieren aber ein Appartment mit exklusiver Küche. Die kleine Küche ist aber eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit dem benachbarten Doppelzimmer. Wenn man also nicht beide Zimmer gemietet hat, muss man sich theoretisch mit den anderen Gästen arrangieren, wer die Einrichtung wann nutzen kann. Es passen eh nur max zwei Leute in die Küche.

Fully equipped kitchen (including washing up liquid and dishwasher) plus towels (no bath soap). Not bad restaurant (open until 4pm). Nice room with balcony and view on the slope down the mountain. Fresh bread service in the morning on request.
− Distance from Alpbach village with its supermarket and restaurants. Have to take free public bus, but as the last bus back to the hotel leaves the village at around 7pm, there’s not much time for dinner. Suggestion: Perhaps have a tray for wet shoes, so that water isn’t tracked on the floor.
