10.0Toto ubytovanie bolo jednoducho úžasné, moderný štýl, pohodlné postele, kuchynka vybavená nad rámec, cítili sme sa tu ako doma. Hneď po príchode krásna vôňa, čistučko, no skvelé. Sukromná terasa plus. Parkovanie dostupné pred apartmánom, každý apartmán mal pridelené svoje parkovacie miesto. Je tu možnosť vyberu raňajok-my sme nevyužili, tak neviem zhodnotiť. Možnosť vystavenia faktúry, aj napriek tomu,že platíte bookingu. Blízko lidl, Bojnický zámok, centrum. Toto ubytovanie má 3 ☆, ale zaslúži si 5☆. Boli sme vo viacerých apartmánoch, ale toto bolo u nás TOP. Veľmi pekne ďakujeme, radi sa zase raz vrátime. P. majiteľka bola veľmi milá, sympatická ,určite odporúčame.

− [EN] Totally unprofessional management and shocking lack of hospitality.The property violated its own rules by giving my guaranteed apartment parking spot to another vehicle. Instead of fixing the mistake, the owner verbally insulted me, threatened to call the police, and forced me to park around the corner in a gated lot.To make matters worse, the gate was locked the next morning, trapping my car inside when I needed to leave early. Written complaint was ignored with copy-pasted generic answers. Having worked in the hotel and cruise industry for 26 years, I have never experienced such a toxic lack of basic manners and professional standards. Avoid this place. V písomnej reklamácii majiteľka len kopíruje štandardné frázy a ignoruje fakty. Ako človek s 26-ročnou praxou v hoteliérstve som šokovaná absenciou základnej slušnosti a profesionality. Tomuto miestu sa vyhnite.
