− L’appartement aurait besoin d’un bon ménage en profondeur situé au rez de chaussée l’accès au balcon n’est pas agréable aucune vue et donne sur une série de mauvaises herbes pas entretenue le salon pas confortable et lit très dur dans l’ensemble manque d’amour et d’entretien
