− No utensils. No wifi - last person stole it. No Tea towels. No fire extinguisher. 4th floor room would not suit a elderly person or you are not in good health. Only 1/4 of toilet roll there. Take your own tea and coffee milk and nibbles.

− Il primo alloggio, definito Stupenda mansarda centralissima con finiture di lusso, era una soffitta al quarto piano senza ascensore, sporca, trascurata, wifi non funzionante, telecomando tv assente, mobili rotti e un materasso pieno di macchie. A seguito mie lamentele me ne è stata proposta un'altra, secondo piano senza ascensore, condizionatore rotto, aggiustato solo il giorno dopo, con varie "stranezze" tra cui caffettiera non compatibile col piano di cottura a induzione, specchio in bagno troppo alto per poter essere usato.... Il secondo alloggio era offerto a 55 euro in meno, che non mi sono stati rimborsati nonostante mia richiesta.
