6.0Tthe view from the balcony and the apartment's location
− Before arriving, I tried to contact the hotel by phone in English; during the call, the receptionist switched to an AI translator—unfortunately, that solution doesn't work well. :) Frankly speaking, communicating with the reception in English is impossible. Upon my arrival, the receptionist proudly and with a smile replied that no one at the reception speaks English. If you run a business like that, at least a basic knowledge of English should be required. Unless, of course, you're focusing exclusively on Spanish-speaking customers. The furniture and some of the equipment are already worn out. The apartment is in need of a bit of a refresh.

− La poca atención del propietario ya que le dije el mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y me dijo que pasarían a arreglarlo y nunca vinieron… luego el mando del ventilador de la habitación estaba en penosas condiciones que apenas funcionaba

Complicado descansar en esa habitación
4.0Ubicación y limpieza, aunque las sábanas tenían manchas que no habían sido eliminadas, olían a limpio.
− Cuando vamos de vacaciones nuestra prioridad es el descanso, una cama de matrimonio muy incómoda con almohadas duras como un ladrillo, sólo hay 4 almohadas, dos de ellas aceptables que utilizaban niños pequeños y las del dormitorio muy duras, muy altas, imposible de intercambiar con los niños, imposible descansar con ellas. El colchón tampoco ayuda a descansar. Menaje muy escaso, sólo dos cucharillas, éramos una familia de 4, no se podía poner ni la mesa para desayunar y disfrutar tranquilamente. No tiene tabla de cortar ni cuchillo de cocina. Menaje muy escaso. Pocas perchas para colgar la ropa.
