− -lelakott,régi bútorok,berendezés,bőven ráférne egy felújítás,rosszabb,mint a képeken ,bárcsak ez lenne a legnagyobb gond -2 fűtőpanelből 1 működött,érkezésre nem volt bekapcsolva,amikor segítséget kértünk,azt válaszolták,hogy hát nincs is hideg (éjjel 6 fok volt kint),pót takaró nincs -angolul senki sem beszél,segítőkészség nulla -a wcben állt a víz,szivárgott valahonnan
