1.0− Before you book this apartment, please be aware that the owners do not share all of the details of the apartments on booking. We were not told that the restaurant downstairs (owned by the same people that own the apartments) will be playing loud live music until 1:30 in the morning every evening. And even after the live music ends, the guests would loudly converse for another hour before finally going home. We were also promised a parking space, which was not available on the last night due to the guests of the restaurant. The owner did take his car out so we can park, but then he just left his in the middle of the street. The street is narrow and people drive fast in that area so the "solved" problem was a hazard to anyone driving on that street that evening. I also do not think that it is professional to promise free parking for guests of the apartment, but then have none available due to people visiting the restaurant. The music was extremely loud and we received no heads up about it when we checked in. The woman just opened our door and gave us our key, saying nothing about the loud music that would begin 30 minutes later. We did not want to pay the full fee for the stay, due to the fact that we were lied to about two things. It says on the booking itself that no events or parties are allowed, and that guests receive free parking. After complaining to the owners and saying that we do not want to pay the full fee due to our complete dissapointment, we were met with agression from the owners. The men wanted to beat my partner up, and one of the men even said that they could kill him. They were extremely agressive and mentioned calling the police, but the moment we said that if police were to show up we would tell them that the restaurant is working past the legal working hours, and that people are parking dangerously in the middle of the road and then drunk driving in an already difficult to drive area, they dropped the topic immediately.
