8.0Die Unterkunft liegt zentral zwischen Cascais und Lissabon, nah zum Strand. Sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitenstrasse. Gut ausgestattet und sauber.

10.0stayed here for one night and left wishing it was longer. the apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of natural light. the kitchen is fully equipped, which shows attention to detail. but the standout is the balcony, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, with an ocean view that makes you want to cancel whatever plans you had. walking distance from the beach, and the whole place has a charm that’s hard to put into words :) Mariana and Daniel are exceptional hosts. i had a work meeting before check-in and couldn’t check in early, however, Mariana took it seriously and sent me a list of places to work from nearby. small thing, big impression. then, while we were there, the city had a water outage, completely beyond their control, and they immediately sent bottled water via Glovo and followed it up with dessert as an apology. for something that wasn’t even their fault. that’s the kind of hosting that makes you come back. and we will. Thank you Daniel and Mariana for an amazing stay❤️
Appartement mit Potenzial - und leider mit Schimmel Thema
5.0Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und relativ gut ausgestattet. das wichtigste ist vorhanden. der Vermieter ist, zumindest anfangs, nett.
− das Appartement war leider nicht gereinigt, die Ablagen und der Boden dreckig. Auf Hinweis kam vom Vermieter nur ein lapidares "sorry for that". Besonders störend war der offensichtliche Schimmelbefall, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer (riecht stark nach feuchtem Keller und kitzelt in der Nase). Das Zimmer konnte daher leider nicht genutzt werden. Dazu gab es an verschiedenen anderen stellen im Appartement ebenfalls Schimmel, allerdings wenigstens ohne Geruch. Auf Hinweis an den Vermieter kam dann gar nichts mehr. keine Antwort. Leider nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich. die Steckdosen kommen leider aus der Wand, hier hat der Vermieter angeboten, einen Monteur vorbeizuschicken. Wir wollen das Appartement nicht schlechtreden, aber Schimmel und mangelnde Hygiene/Putzen geht einfach gar nicht.

− The cleanliness could be better. There was a problem with the sockets. We didn't have any supplies in the bathroom and kitchen.
Gute Ausgangslage nach Lissabon und für Ausflüge!
9.0Sehr gute Lage zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Lissabon! Sehr leichter Checkin/Checkout und sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Fragen! Die Wohnung war für 2 Paare sehr gut geeignet! Wir kommen gern wieder.
