9.0El depto es tal cual lo muestran las fotos, es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas. Solo hace falta bajar un piso para estar en la costanera del puerto de Alcudia
− La playa frente al hotel, pero Mallorca es para recorrer así que todos los días fuimos a un lugar diferente

− Neobvyklý, ultra moderní design bytu včetně koupelen vhodný spíše pro mladší návštěvníky. Hluk dlouho do noci z horního bytu.
All in all a great stay!
8.0The appartement is very stylisch and at a great location. Beautiful view at the beach and very centrally located so shopping and beaching is all within a short distance. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are mostly confortable, but the single beds in one room are very hard. Great stay!
− The check in was a little complicated- the way to the garage was explained with locations which were out of date- the named restaurants were closed so the entrance was difficult to find. Very narrow drive to the garage. There was only one remote control for the garage for 2 cars- as well as only 2 sets of keys for nearly 8 persons. One toilet wasn`t working for 2 days ( but the it got repaired) and it was difficult to get in contact with the lessor. Check in was late but check out was early.
I'm very happy. If I come here again next time, I will definitely choose him
10.0The view from the balcony is particularly beautiful, and we spent several wonderful days with our family. When we went there, it was cloudy and rainy, but the room was fully equipped with heating and furniture, and we all felt comfortable and happy. You can take a walk by the seaside by walking down the stairs.
− It seems that the hot water temperature in one bathroom is too high and difficult to adjust

− I asked for an additional key to front door as there were 6 adults staying but radio silence on that request The appartment could do with a deep clean
A fantastic stay in a perfectly located, well equipped apartment that we would happily return to.
9.0The apartment is amazing and almost even better than the pictures. It is very spacious, modern, and extremely well equipped. The location is excellent, right at the quay and harbour of Port di Alcudia. In winter it is calm and relaxed, while in summer it is probably very lively. There are restaurants literally downstairs and all around, and an Eroski mini market just around the corner, which is very convenient.
− Honestly, nothing to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
