Vorsicht Scam!

− Vorsicht Bettwanzen!! Die Adresse war falsch angegeben und wir haben nach fast einer Stunde zufällig den richtigen Einfang gefunden. Erreichbar ist hier niemand, auch bei der Schlüsselausgabe nicht. Nahezu alles in der Unterkunft war defekt, alle Türen (man konnte keins der 3 Bäder schließen!), das Kochfeld, der Kühlschrank, mehrere Stühle, Betten und eine Couch. Alles ist schmutzig und an Ausstattung fehlte die Hälfte. Es gibt Bettwanzen!!! Wir mussten die Unterkunft in der Nacht verlassen, weil wir von Bettwanzen überfallen wurden. Man erreicht die Unterkunft im Nachhinein nicht, so dass keine Rückerstattung durch Booking erfolgen kann.

Alleen de locatie

− Alles wat je maar kan bedenken, ik snap niet dat je appartementen verhuurt iop een A locatie in zo’n slechte staat. Het aantal personen dat kunnen verblijven zoals beschreven op de website klopt totaal niet op je moet op de grond slapen als slaapplaats. Alle deuren in de appartementensluiten niet goed en schuren over de vloer, geen beddengoed, geen handdoeken. Alles is in slecht onderhouden staat

In summary, there’s little to say. Dirty, unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money.

− The entire apartment was extremely dirty: the kitchen, floors, sink, balcony, beds, blankets, and pillows — basically everything. The apartment was also very unsafe. The balcony railing was broken and dangerous if leaned on. Most of the doors were damaged, difficult to open or close, and one bathroom door could trap you inside if locked. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, as hard as rocks, and one bed did not even have a proper mattress, making it feel like sleeping directly on a metal frame. I ended up with severe neck pain for the rest of the holiday. The check-in policy was terrible and completely inflexible. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 9:30 PM, but despite explaining the situation, they refused to help us and we were forced to book another hotel for the night. The next day, when we finally collected the keys, they told us they were “doing us a favour,” despite the fact that we had already paid 800 euros for the accommodation. The worst incidents were related to safety: while one of us was taking a shower, the glass shower wall suddenly fell onto her head. Luckily she managed to stop it before getting seriously injured. Another person ended up trapped inside the sofa bed after it suddenly closed during the night while he was sleeping.

Catastrophique, séjour gaché par ce logement …

Rien de bon, un grand regret de ne pas avoir regardé les commentaires avant de louer, il faut fuir ce logement sans hésiter. Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos.

− Je regrette surtout que Booking propose ce type de location marchand de sommeille , lits cassés , canapés cassés, portes sans poignées. Propreté scandaleuse, literie inutilisable, matelas avec ressorts,… je pourrais listé tt un paragraphe de choses qui ne vont pas, … j’en veux surtout à la plateforme de location de ne pas vérifier un minimum ce qui est proposé surtout après tant de commentaires négatifs 😡
