Overpriced, Underwhelming & Disappointing
5.0− Unfortunately, the TV speaker was faulty, which had already been mentioned in a previous review (last year June), yet it had still not been repaired. The shower pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably while the towels provided were quite worn. The plastic crockery provided for children was stained and looked unhygienic. Lastly, the couches were very uncomfortable, which made relaxing in the living area less enjoyable. Given the standard the property is advertised at and the rate for our stay, we were expecting the apartment to be better maintained and presented. The property was advertised in a way that created the impression that it was part of a family holiday resort, which was misleading. In reality, the apartment is located within a large residential estate comprising more than 170 apartment blocks, offering a very different experience from what was expected. Access to the estate required us to enter a code and present a driver's licence every single time we entered or exited. While security is important, the process quickly became frustrating and inconvenient, especially when travelling with young children. The apartment is also located on the third floor, which meant carrying children, luggage, and beach gear up and down multiple flights of stairs every day. This made our stay even more challenging and is something families with small children should be aware of before booking. Overall, I would not recommend this property for families with small children. It is significantly overpriced for what it offers and does not represent good value for money. For the same price, there are many accommodation options within walking distance of the beach that provide a far better holiday experience. Our experience was disappointing enough that we chose to cut our holiday short and leave a day earlier than planned.
