6.0Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato tranquillo. La gestione avviene interamente online: non c'è interazione diretta con lo staff, ma i gestori rispondono ai messaggi piuttosto rapidamente. Le istruzioni fornite sono state chiare e semplici da seguire, quindi, non ho avuto difficoltà. La posizione non è molto centrale, ma sia il centro che entrambe le stazioni ferroviarie di Falkirk si raggiungono facilmente a piedi.
− Forse dovuto al periodo del mio soggiorno, ma ho trovato il rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' inadeguato. Il costo dell'appartamento in sé era piuttosto elevato, e in aggiunta, ho dovuto versare un deposito (comunque restituito in tempi rapidi). L'arredamento risulta parecchio datato e la pulizia dell'appartamento andrebbe migliorata. Nel mio appartamento mancava il fon (almeno io non l'ho trovato!). Inoltre, è assente qualsiasi servizio aggiuntivo, quale il check-in anticipato o la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia.
