− Das türschloss klemmte , aber man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.
Nach Startschwierigkeiten okay, aber auch nicht mehr.
5.0Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Bei anfänglichen Problemen mit der Heizung schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Ruhig.
− Das erste paar Schlüssel hat fast nicht gesperrt. Verbrachten 15 Minuten bei Minusgraden damit die Tür zu öffnen. "Notfallkontakt" war zum Anreisezeitpunkt nicht erreichbar. Keine Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer - man sitzt quasi auf dem Präsentierteller. Bett war eine bessere Studioliege, mehr aber auch nicht.
Wohnung ok, Administration schlecht
5.0Sauber und aufgeräumt
− Billiges Mobiliar; trotz Booking.com schlechte und umständliche Abwicklung. Lesen keine Nachrichten, Anmeldeformulare im Voraus ausgefüllt trotzdem wurden unnötige Nachfragen gestellt und den Aussagen des Gastes nicht geglaubt. Zusatzbuchungen für Handtücher und Bettwäsche teuer und preislich abweichend von der Homepage des Anbieters; immer die gleichen Aussagen es ist uns dabei ein Fehler unterlaufen (das interessiert den Gast nicht!). Vergebe sonst eigentlich nie negative Bewertungen, aber hier geht es leider nicht anders.
