− No basic room amenities, only 3 glasses ( all different size), no cups, plates etc., broken curtain, a big rubber poster ‘ for sale’ on the balcony….

− - SPA is not included. The announcement on the description on booking is missleading. You have to pay separately and it is very expensive, while other guests of the Atrium complex get a discount. - The communication with the owner regarding the Spa was very poor. Not helpful and trying to ignore the issue - Could be cleaner
