9.0Cosy apartment in a great location close to the gondola, restaurants and shops. Gorgeous views out both balconies. Parking close by on the street or in a little lot across the road.
− No laundry facilities inside the building but the staff at reception were helpful and pointed us to the nearest laundry option.

10.0В Новом Гудаури сравнительно немного предложений апартаментов такого размера. Много предложений "номер-студия", а вот таких комфортных по размерам условий с двумя комнатами - достаточно мало. Великолепное расположение - буквально все рядом. Великолепная обратная связь от хозяина - в первый же день были исправлены все мелкие недочеты в номере (слив в ванной, карнизы).
− Не было бутылки вина) Некоторая реновация уже бы не помешала (кое-где потертости на стенах, в ванной, видимо, затопили соседи сверху - но мы на это вообще не обращали внимание).

10.0Отличное расположение 👍 Рядом подъёмники, есть парковка, прокат, магазины и кафе. Окна выходят на горы, красивый вид и нет шума от баров. Хорошая мебель, на кухне все есть для приготовления пищи.

Отличный вариант на компанию друзей, вид и расположение за такую цену - это супер!
9.0Отличная цена для сезона + хозяин был очень дружелюбен и приветлив, объяснив все ньюансы. Нам также оставили приветливую бесплатную бутылку вина, это было неожиданно и приятно.
