2.0We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you are in until you check in.

6.0Room was very dirty. Floors and bathroom were definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. We bought a swifter, and Lysol wipes which helped. Cigarettes were found in the bottom drawer from previous

10.0Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning.
Intimate for Hampton Beach epicenter.
10.0Unit was in good order... Wifi was intermittent and dropped regularly, however, privacy, and the in ground pool amenity was a win win.

10.0Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful.
