1.0Vergonzoso, había solicitado el cambio de hora de entrada y me aceptaron. Pero no había nadie para atenderme. Tuvimos que llamar y lo único que me dijeron fue: tiene usted un hotel aquí al ladito. una vergüenza. Gracias por nada.

− The apartment glass door didn't have key and anyone was able to open the door from the outside of the iron door.

10.0I liked the owner was really fast at replying (for context we needed a place to stay that same night and as soon as I booked not even 5 minutes later the owner replied to me), very good customer service experience and he was very nice and exceptional overwall.
− Nothing to complain about to far, we just needed a place to sleep for the night.
