Cozy stay with a lovely view.
9.0The view was stunning, the apartment was warm clean and well decorated, very modern. It was easy to find and the host was very attentive and helpful. We would have happily stayed here longer but it was fully booked.
− We did have one day without hot water (due to local issue and not host issue) the walk to the slopes is about 10 minutes in ski boots (about 3 in normal shoes)

10.0SUPER KIND AND FRIENDLY HOST! She's always there for any help needed , excellent communication skills ! I would stay again in future in same place just bcz of her kindness. Highly recommended! besides that, the apartment was clean and only 100m far from Gudauri Palace and restaurants, bars and lift.
− Maybe beds could be more comfy but they're fine overall.

10.0The apartment is warm since I travel in the cold season, but it was close to everything, the gondola and snow slopes, restaurants, bars, sky clothing rental and supermarkets, in addition, the hostess was always there for any questions we had, she is incredible
− The only thing I was not comfortable with was that the people at the reception do not have much communication in English for those of us who are foreigners.
