Cosy and comfortable.
9.0Cosy and clean apartment. Everything we needed for our short stay.
− Apartment on the second floor. No lift. I have a bad ankle so a lift would have been useful. The bathroom floor could do with re-grouting. Some grout coming away and painful to stand on in bare feet.
Two night stay for a concert

− As we were here during the heatwave it was very warm. Only the one window and the fan wasnt very powerful. In any other weather wouldnt have noticed this.

4.0Location close to shops and bars. The bedding and towels were spotless.
− The bathroom was filthy as was the carpet. There was no grout in the bathroom floor tiles so they were very sharp. The plug hole was stuck and would drain, it looked like it had been like it for a while. The outer door frame wasn’t fixed properly and you could see into the corridor. It was as if it the apartment had been previously broken into. The communal areas were hot and smelly.
If we are back in Halifax we would definately book here again and will recommend here to others viditing Halifax
9.05 min walk to train station, main street, near bars etc too and to venue for our concert. We were able to leave the window open all night and no noise. No noise from other appartments either. Facilites were great.
− Shower could have done with a good clean, shower head and tiles were dirty but apart from that rverything else was really clean. Towels, bedding etc all packaged.
