− The only thing missing was ceiling fan because of the heat. Apartment is under roof so sun is heating up a lot. There are air conditions which are great during day but night is problem

Great place, but needs serious work

− Bathroom. This apartment has been updated in past few years and looks great. However, whomever did the shower was obviously not a qualified tradesman. The shower falls to the door - flowing out into the rest of the bathroom and out to under the bathroom door to the apartment. Making matters worse, the drain is blocked, so no matter if you try to use towels to block the water getting out, it doesn’t go down the drain as it is blocked. Now even worse than that, the water flows through the floor to the kitchen on the lower level!! Not a drip, but flowing!!!! The wall and ceiling in the kitchen are all wet and turning mouldy. Not an easy fix, and obviously a problem that has been there for some time. Owners were of course notified, they send out a guy, but this place needs serious remediation. It spoiled what was other wise a great place in a great location.
