The property was great, air con was a godsend and we felt really at home.

− There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property as such. Our only issue was the noise due to it being fiesta season. The location of the property is great, but because of that it meant we were kept awake until 5am on a few occasions due to where the stage was set up by the Castle. No reflection of the house or location though!

Beautiful duplex apartment. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The penthouse kitchen was well equipped with everything needed during our stay. The beach towels were a bonus and there was equipment for a fun day at the beach! Location is fantastic and you have everything on your doorstep. Some lovely restaurants a 20 minute walk if this is your thing. Highly recommend Kathmandu and Amante for good food.

− The property was superb and not much to not like. If anything the bedsheets were a little tired looking. and the balconies could do with a re paint etc. No fault of the owner but there was some damage to the downstairs floors, which let the overall appearance down a bit. Upstairs was very modern and quite luxurious.

Moraira, y el apartamento y su ubicación es ideal. Muy bonito, amplio y limpio. Además, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de interés del pueblo y es una zona muy tranquila.

Fantastic stay in Moraira

The flat is perfectly located in the centre of Moraira close to free parking, grocery options, and dozens of great bars and restaurants. Platja de l'Ampolla is nice and only a 3 minute walk away but do yourself a favour and walk to cala el Portet (20 minutes) for a truly amazing beach. Monica, the host, is super friendly gave us loads of recommendations. She was also flexible with check-in and checkout times which was very much appreciated. Be aware that you need to provide a 200 EUR cash deposit at check-in. This is in the listing but, at least on the iOS app, is quite hidden in the booking.com interface.

Die Kommunikation mit Monika war unkompliziert. Sie hat auf uns gewartet, hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen, war immer freundlich und erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat unten zwei SZ, zwei Bäder und Flur, eine Treppe hoch das WZ , Gäste WC und zwei Terrassen, eine davon hat Blick aufs Meer. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Sogar eine Flasche Rotwein und Tüte Chips haben dort als Geschenk auf uns gewartet. Das Frühstück haben wir immer in der Bar Terassa mit Blick aufs Meer eingenommen. Süß oder deftig, guter Kaffee. Der Ort Moraira war für uns Liebe auf den zweiten Blick. Nur eine, zwei Gassen Altstadt, sonst modern, zwei schöne Strände, viele Möglichkeiten einzukehren, Ausflüge zu Zielen in die Umgebung,. Wir haben eine Jacke vergessen und Monika war so nett, sie uns per Post nach Hause zu schicken. Dafür auch noch einmal vielen Dank!

− Es gab nichts zu meckern. Auch nicht, dass der Parkplatz etwa knapp 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. Uns hat alles gefallen.
