8.0Emplacement terrasse qui métrite d être nettoyée et entretenue (pots cassés, et salissures au sol, à mon arrivée nettoyage d 1h) équipement très bien mais le petit frigo doit être réparé. Les salles de bain fonctionnelles mais mérite un rafraîchissement. J y retourne dans 1 mois…. En espérant que les choses se seront améliorés. La disponibilité du propriétaire est top
