9.0Zentrale Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, angenehmes Raumklima (Klimahaus).
− Zu wenig Töpfe, Pfannen zerkratzt. Ausstattung zum Kochen ist eher einfach.

9.0Tolle Lage mittendrin, gegenüber der Bushaltestelle, sehr ruhig ((bis auf siehe unten) netter Gastgeber, grosser Balkon, einfach perfekt.
− Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig obwohl es so zentral liegt, leider kommt nachts um 4:25 Uhr die Müllabfuhr und der Supermarkt wird zw. 4:40 und 5:30 Uhr beliefert. Wenn man die Fenster schliesst hört man zum Glück wenig.
