9.0La proximité du centre Ville, commerces… et de la plage. La qualité de la prestation, chambre, salle de bain, cuisine salle à manger commune, tous équipements mis à disposition..
− Problème de serrure, je n’ai pas réussi à fermer la porte un soir, le lendemain mon fils est venu avec un tournevis pour desserrer le barillet pour que je puisse jouer avec le barillet pour tourner la clef pour ouvrir ou fermer… Aussi, pouvez-vous changer l’heure de sortie car vous précisez 8h00-12h00 et à 11h05 un homme a tapé « très fort » à ma porte pour m’inviter à sortir en me disant que c’était 11h00 et que la femme d’entretien était là pour faire le ménage ; heureusement que ma valise était bouclée… Moment très désagréable…

9.0Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr zentral. Kontaktaufnahme der Vermieterin ging sehr schnell, unkompliziert und Fragen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet. In der Küche gibt es u.a. kaltes Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure. :-) Unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Netanya würden wir wieder hier buchen!
