1.0The things I was there to do. Not the hotel
− The fact that they don't turn on heaters, so all night from 6pm till the following morning, my room was freezing cold, my partner and I were fully dressed and had to take additional blankets. I asked hotel the hotel staff for electric heaters but no luck. They turned them on briefly on Saturday morning but not again that day. Fridge was wobbly, one of the induction hobs on the stove didn't work. My partner and I were also given a hard time because we chose to come breakfast at 09:15, 45 min before it closes. This is rice is my holiday, I will leave my room and eat when it suits me. The door to the room was an ugly fire door, it didn't look like a hotel room door. Also, the walls were really tiny, from 6am, I could hear banging and and foot steps and conversations very clearly. The sounds of suitcases on stairs ect made it a horrible experience. The Jaeger suite was an after thought and it is poorly implemented. Very very disappointed
