10.0דירה מושלמת. אהבנו את הכול. מיקום מול הדומו, מרכזי ביותר. דירה ענקית, יפה מאוד, חדרים גדולים, חשבו על כל פרט, מיטות נוחות. אנחנו 4 אנשים מבוגרים והרגיש מרווח ביותר.
− לא היה משהו , פשוט הכול מושלם.

8.0The apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for three sibling families to share with ample bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large common areas. An historical building facing a popular palazzo with an elegant renovation.
− The kitchen had good equipment, but it lacked some basics, like frying pan, oven roaster, grater. We had to ask for these items, which the host then provided. Some doors were squeaky.

9.0The property is amazing! Comfortable beds, amazing location, reasonable cost.
− The property manager was not very nice. We ran hot water for five minutes and it didn’t get hot. I contacted the manager and he came to the property quickly but was mad because he said we should’ve just run the water longer. He also wouldn’t let us store our bags for 2 hours after checkout, even on the stairwell.

10.0Amazing location and beautiful property!! We couldn’t believe we could look right out to the duomo! We were sorry to only stay one night but it was such a pleasure and made such a great memory for our whole family!

9.0The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and close to the Duomo. We had a good stay although we would have appreciated heating/blankets as it was an extremely cold night in Orvieto.
− The host was efficient but we did not receive a warm welcome. Rather the feeling that we are stepping into a museum, with warnings to not scratch the floor with our luggage etc. We asked to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out as we wanted to see the well (which opened later) and our train were only leaving in a few hours but he just refused. I would have understood if he made an attempt or gave us a suggestion as to where to leave it (like most hosts do) but he did not. The tourist office was not helpful either. With luck we stumbled upon the closest bar on the corner, and they were more than willing to help us out! Friendly, kind (make sure to have a drink there) They did not even charge us for luggage storage and thanks to them we could make the most of our only morning in Orvieto.
