9.0Very nice, well looked after property. Lauren was very quick at replying to any questions.
− Could not fault the property or owners. Very happy and could not ask for anymore. Overly impressed.
All style no substance. Not worth the price.
3.0Good location. Good sized space
− Very cold in the room. There were no radiators left on and the thermometer on the radiator read 6 degrees. Half of the radiators did not turn on. The hosts provided a small portable radiator in the room which tells me this is not a new issue. The Lack of communication from the owners meant there was difficulty getting the radiators on as they are controlled by them. thankfully I did not arrive and go straight to bed as it took several hours to warm the room. No permit was provided by the host until I had already moved my car due to lack of communication. I had sent my details before the cut off time but did not get confirmation of permit. Item of clothing (coat) left in the room from someone else, it made the place feel unsafe due to it being a coded lock. Difficult to get into the property with an electronic code keypad that didn’t light up and the door is located down a dark alley. the entry code is 8 numbers long, not ideal after a few beers. The Lights in the room are gimmicky and not convenient. why would you want a purple light on in a bathroom and no light switch? Bedside tables are fixed high up on the wall? What’s the point when I can’t reach my phone or water in the night and have to put it on the floor? High price for what’s effectively an air bnb. Not worth the money.
Nice weekend break in Norwich
9.0Liked the area and the vibe of the apartment. Nice local pub opposite and plenty of takeaway options. Wasn’t too far from centre of Norwich. Good layout and quiet at night
− Bathroom rather dark, no microwave and bed a little saggy in middle. These were minor things though and would still stay there again.
