− The unit is not clean, sewer smells bad in the kitchen, bathroom is stained, A/C in master bedroom isn't cold at all, security guard at the lobby entrance is very unfriendly

1.0The service attitude is really very poor. The air-conditioning in the master bedroom is not working at all and not cooling, the TV cannot be used because there is no remote, and the WiFi connection is very bad. Calls are not answered and messages are not replied — is this how things are handled?
