Kaunis asunto keskellä Sanremoa.

Asunto oli kauniisti sisustettu, erittäin siisti ja sijainti oli todella hyvä. Asunto on aivan meren rannalla, ympäriltä löytyy lukuisia hyviä ravintoloita ja ostoskadut ovat kulman takana. Parkkipaikkakin löytyi aina kadulta tai 200m päästä parkkihallista. Kaikesta huolimatta asunto oli todella rauhallinen, eikä sinne kantautunut ääniä kadulta. Asunto oli kodikkaasti sisustettu ja sieltä löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Oleskelumme aikana oli kovat helteet ja oli hyvä plussa, että saimme välillä pestyä ja silitettyä vaatteemme. Cinzia oli todella sydämellinen ja auttoi meitä nopeasti löytämään koirallemme eläinlääkärin sen sairastuessa matkan aikana. Hän huolehti meistä ja saimme hyviä neuvoja ja apua, joka edesauttoi matkamme onnistumisessa. Cinzia on nainen varustettuna suurella sydämellä. ❤️

The Hostess Cinzia met us at the unit to show us the unit and the amenities. The one bedroom unit was exceptionally clean as were all the appliances. The location was spectacular, right across the street from the marina with a view of the ocean. We watched the firework, at the marina, from my balcony. Sanremo put on a great show. Going to dinner, I just had to walk down the stairs to all the restaurants and the location was within walking distance of the main shopping area, the casino, the beach that we went to. I will definitely be booking there on my return trip. Thank you Cinzia.

− The cleanliness of the unit, The bedroom was amazing and bed was comfortable. I loved the location, near to EVERYTHING. I liked that the Hostess was only a phone call away if I had any questions. you can't beat the location and views of the apartment.

Everything went very smoothly. I even got an early check-in, as the flat was not previously booked and was already ready. The owner waited me at the house with the keys. The place was sparkling clean, with a lovely welcome of drinks and coffee. You have everything you need, plus an excellent view of the old harbor. There are restaurants right below the house, and plenty of activities nearby: a bike lane, beaches, a shopping center, the Ariston, and the casino. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, so it’s peaceful and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!!!

Se potessimo dare 5 milioni di stelle a questo posto, lo faremmo! Un appartamento assolutamente meraviglioso, nel cuore di tutto! Abbiamo festeggiato il Capodanno e abbiamo organizzato tutte le principali feste di questo periodo speciale dell'anno: dagli spettacoli di droni e fuochi d'artificio con vista mare dal nostro balcone, fino ai numerosi ristoranti, bar, ecc. Questo appartamento era così accogliente che abbiamo deciso di annullare la nostra prenotazione al ristorante per la notte di Capodanno e con grande piacere siamo rimasti a casa a cucinare la nostra cena di festa, pur essendo nel cuore della città! La proprietaria dell'appartamento, Cinzia, è una persona attenta e premurosa. Qui avete tutto e vi sentite come a casa! Grazie mille! Abbiamo ricordi meravigliosi di questo piacevole soggiorno e saremo lieti di tornare!

La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario e di più e ha una bellissima vista mare. La posizione è ecezionale in quanto è vicina al porto alla pista ciclabile al supermercato ma soprattutto vicina alle attrazioni più importanti di Sanremo, non ultimo è vicina alla piazza Bresca molto vivace e piena di locali. Disponibilità di ottimi ristoranti sotto casa ea , due passi trovate il Casinò il Teatro Ariston così come la via dello shopping. Utilizzando la pista ciclabile che parte sotto casa si può arrivare fino a Ospedaletti sia a piedi sia noleggiando le bici sul lungo mare. Ottima posizione anche per chi vuole di prima mattina praticare la corsa o ciclismo, La proprietaria Cinzia inoltre ci ha accolto con grande professionalità dandoci suggerimenti per vivistare la città e i ditorni ed è stata molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente e tornerò sicuramente. Grazie Cinzia per tutto .
