1.0Die Wohnung hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen.
− Die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich. Die Wohnung war das letzte. Wir sind nach kurzerhand abgehauen und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Es sind uns Mehrkosten von ca. 900 € entstanden. Warum hat Bookingcom überhaupt so eine Unterkunft in Vermittlung.

6.0Die Lage im schönen Holländerviertel ist zentral mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.
− Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht getrennt von der Wohnung der Vermieter, so dass wir das Gefühl hatten zu stören, indem wir das gleiche Treppenhaus benutzten und ständig unter Kontrolle der Gastgeberin waren. Das hat zu unschönen Diskussionen geführt.
Mir hat es gut gefallen. Die Gespräche mit den Vermietern waren sehr nett.
8.0Die Lage ist super. Alles erreicht man sehr gut zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung des Hauses muss man mögen, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sie passt eben voll in das Viertel.
