10.0L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e bellissimo. I proprietari sono ospitali e gentilissimi.

Appartamento nuovo e pulito, buona colazione e ottima accoglienza per i bambini
10.0Gli appartamenti sono di recente ristrutturazione, spazi ampi e pulitissimi oltre ad un grande balcone privato dove abbiamo goduto di ottime colazioni vista montagne, buona fornitura di stoviglie e utensili oltre all’apprezzatissima lavastoviglie. Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all’appartamento, in 10 minuti si raggiunge Merano. Ottimo il servizio colazione: oltre ad alcuni prodotti fatti in casa reperibili in struttura (buonissimo il succo di mele e la marmellata di lamponi) c’è la possibilità di ordinare la sera per la mattina la consegna di panini, croissant e numerosi prodotti da forno. L’accoglienza per il nostro bambino è stata perfetta: gratuitamente abbiamo avuto a disposizione letto da campeggio, seggiolone e molti giochi in scatola/librini.
− L’esperienza è stata ottima e questi sono solo alcuni suggerimenti: aggiungerei in cucina una tovaglia/tovagliette americane (so che è più che altro usanza italiana, in Tirolo spesso non ci sono nemmeno nei ristoranti), dei cuscini un po’ più alti e un ventilatore (la notte è vero si possono tenere le finestre aperte, ma viene meno la buona insonorizzazione).

8.0Neuwertige Ausstattung der Unterkunft- sehr nette Leute. Gute Lage Ausflüge/Wanderungen; teilweise kostenloser öffentlicher Verkehr.
− Verkehrs-Lärm von Straßenseite - vor allem in der Nacht. Laute und rücksichtslose Nachbarn.

9.0Die Wohnung ist absolut gemütlich, neuwertig, wunderschöner Balkon mit tollem Blick ins Tal TOP der Brötchenservice
− Ich konnte nicht ganz so gut auf den Matratzen schlafen, was aber an meinem empfindlichen Rücken mit liegt -> die Lage im 2.Stock sollte erwähnt werden
