8.0Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance to the city centre. Parking very close to apartment. Good communication with host.

− Was a bit hot and stuffy when we arrived but nothing that could really be done to prevent it.

8.0Lovely location close to the beach and boardwalk for walks. Very easy to communicate with the owner.
− The apartment is on the 3rd floor and doesn't have a lift. Could be a challenge for anyone who isn't fit or has mobility issues.

4.0Swansea is a beautiful place.
− The accommodation dirty lots of things broken or nearly broken. Someone needs to have a look and snag it. The owner did respond to my original review. Unfortunately he is completely wrong. We loved swansea but did not go on the beach. The floor in the bathroom by the toilet is damaged. The picture over the bed kept falling off the wall. I would have loved to have sat on the balcony but the seat were covered in bird mess. The alarm for the door kept going off in the middle of the night the windows were dirty and the blinds in the living room were broken. When we left we did not leave it in a mess. Please go in and look for yourself. When we contacted you, you said you were abroad and would call us on your return.
