Lovely apartment in Tallinn

The location was perfect, with a bus straight from the bus station arriving nearby and a 5 min walk into old town. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The shower is a decent pressure, although it leaves the bathroom floor very wet.

− The beds are very soft - one of our party had to sleep on the sofa as he couldn't sleep on the mattress. It will only be an issue for people who can't sleep on softer mattresses.

Geräumige Wohnung nahe Altstadt

Eine gute Lage nahe der Altstadt und nahe zu Tram und Bus. Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Es geht gut ohne Auto. Die Wohnung ist gross und gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, bequemes Sofa und Sessel im Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind Boxspringbetten. Das mag ich nicht so. War aber ok. Die Sauna und die Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt. Es gibt keine schöne Aussicht von der Wohnung, aber es ist ruhig.

− Die Wohnungstür ist schwierig zu öffnen. Die Haustür ist ok, aber die Wohnungstür war echt jedes Mal eine Herausforderung.

Riittävän tilava koko perheelle. Keittiö ajoi hyvin asiansa ja sauna oli kiva lisä!

Хорошие просторные апартаменты, но с парковкой нам не помогли. Рядом с местом парковка была 80 евро ночь.

− We were deliberately misled and ripped off. The listed amenities included a terrace and a sun terrace, and the main photo showed a rooftop terrace. We were denied access to any of these—even though we could see the communal terrace and the rooftop terrace—and they refused to tell us where the entrances were. When we tried to raise the issue and request a partial refund, we were told that if we weren't happy, we should go find another large apartment for seven people in the middle of our holiday during peak season. My decision to book that specific apartment was based precisely on the terrace and sun terrace listed in the amenities. I was told to handle the matter with Booking myself and to blame Booking. I stated that it was not my job to resolve disputes between the accommodation provider and the booking platform; I had purchased exactly what they advertised on Booking—the reservation confirmation explicitly listed a terrace and a sun terrace as amenities. After that, I received no further communication. I intend to take legal action. This was fraud.
