Etti Paradise to prawdziwy raj! Miejsce niesamowite z cudownymi widokami . Piękny ogród z basenem. Apartament bardzo miły, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne .

L'emplacement, le calme, la plagette et la piscine. La vue également. Mais le reste...

− Le rapport qualité prix. En effet les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix et du caractère exceptionnel de l'hébergement vanté par l'annonce : Trois tables décoratives dans la pièce principale mais pas fonctionnelles. A cause de la météo, nous avons dû manger à l'intérieur et pour ce faire rentrer la table et les chaises extérieures (encombrement de la pièce en plus). Problème d'éclairage signalé en début de séjour (11 nuits) mais non réglé. Plafonnier trop bas (on se cogne). Mauvaise coutellerie. Même pas d'épluche légumes... Porte intérieure du réfrigérateur cassée. Pas de four mais pas de barbecue dans la propriété. Donc cuisine largement sous-équipée pour le prix. impossible de cuire les produits de la pêche ou autres (il s'agit d'une suite présentée comme luxueuse). Poubelle de salle de bains défectueuse à l'arrivée (problème réglé). Trois machines à laver seulement pour neuf appartements et utilisées quotidiennement par le personnel. Il a fallu faire la queue... Un seul balai/pelle et balai lavant à partager entre les huit appartements (hygiène...). Les appartements ne sont pas vérifiés de manière exhaustive. Le personnel a travaillé selon ses habitudes. Le niveau de prestations laisse largement à désirer au vu du prix demandé. Vous avez dit "paradise" ? C'est prétentieux. Nous retournons à Fuerteventura en novembre mais plus chez vous. Quelle déception !

Die ganz tolle Lage und die tolle Betreuung.

The only villa on the coast. The room has two private terraces on opposite sides, one of which has an ocean view. There is also a nice garden.

− Unfortunately, almost everything. First, the photos of the room do not represent its current condition. It feels like there have been many guests, as the sofa has an old, unpleasant smell. The kitchen appliances are mostly fine, but the pans (there are two) are scratched and smell bad when used. The bathroom also has an unpleasant odor if you don’t cover the drain in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom looks damaged, as if it was previously flooded. The room overall is quite dark. The location is not ideal either. There are no good coffee shops or restaurants nearby. This side of the island is less interesting than the north, and it is very windy around the villa. Once, we came back and found the bathroom floor flooded around the toilet. I still don’t know where the water came from, but the communication with the host did not meet my expectations. She simply replied that it was “strange” and suggested we take a bucket and a cloth from the laundry room. However, I didn’t even know where it was, and honestly, I didn’t want to deal with it. The fridge is very noisy and it is located about 3 meters from the bed. When we opened it for the first time, the freezer door fell off onto my foot, which clearly indicated it was broken. Since the floor towel got completely wet, I asked twice for it to be replaced, but my requests were ignored. Additionally, my experience was affected by bad weather. When we arrived, the back terrace was dirty after a storm. The villa offers kayaks and snorkeling masks, and there is also a pool and direct access to the private beach, which could be great in good weather. However, we couldn’t use any of these due to the conditions. For me, these are added benefits, but they don’t compensate for the lack of basic comfort. Interestingly, the welcome pack included chips, wine, and beer, which gives an impression of the target audience. It’s not really my type, and overall, the villa felt overpriced for the level of service and facilities.

Super lokatie maar...

De lokatie is een dikke 10+, echt super mooi, 1 van de mooiste plekken van het eiland om te overnachten.

− Voor een korte vakantie van een paar dagen zal het niet opvallen, maar je krijgt een mooi stel handdoeken en een opgemaakt bed....echter als je 3 weken zit verwacht je meer service en toch minimaal wekelijks een schoon bed. Verder beginnen de schoonmakers (die echt hun best doen) vroeg in de ochtend waarbij 7.00 geen uitzondering is, hun ruimte zit tussen de huisjes met als gevolg vroeg wakker. De wasmachines worden volop door de schoonmakers gebruikt en kon dus nauwelijks worden gebruikt. Verder vallen kleine mankementen op als een klepje voor het vriesvak wat geprobeerd is te repareren en wat andere kleine zaken, wat je niet verwacht bij deze topuitstraling
