10.0We absolutely loved our studio and the owner Leigh-Anne was so kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and had everything that we needed. The location and surrounding areas are beautiful. We would totally recommend this place. So much so I would definitely go back! Thank you 😆

7.0Location beautiful, stayed here a few times now. Lovely property, usually stay in Studio 2 which I feel works better for us.
− Much smaller bathroom in this studio compared to Studio 2 and a couple of steps from room to it which I found difficult negotiating on my frequent trips to the loo in the night! Internet connection went off mid stay so no Netflix or internet access for last 2 days.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming in a great setting
10.0It was clean, comfortable and the host included little luxuries, including tea, coffee, milk and cake in the kitchen area plus shampoo, shower gel and soap for the bathroom. The location is right on the green in Linton opposite the pub, very handy if you’re eating out. Easy walk into Grassington over Linton Falls.

10.0Everything!! What’s not to like? We were originally supposed to be in Studio 3, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we changed to Studio 2. From the moment myself and my husband walked through the door it felt like a home away from home. My first word was “WOW”, it’s so beautiful and the self contained kitchen has everything you need. The property is amazing, clean and most importantly everything works. The bed linen and towels were of a top quality, I could go on and on…..but most importantly what I would say is this, I would one million percent recommend this property to come and stay at, from the location to the accommodation, everything was perfect.
