ITS A SCAM BOOK IT AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY

It is a scam... you book and the place looks nothing like the photos, it was dirty, no toilet paper shower gels shampoo towels ..... toilet seat was broken absolutely disgusting. Dirty mop on the patio showers have not been cleaned, very dusty everywhere the prepaid meter was beeping indicating the electricity is on 24 units,no coffee tea nothing ... The property was not even aware of my booking till i called the day before we went. I told the owner that i was not willing to stay at the property as it was not what it says. The owner told me to contact booking.com for a refund, put a request in for refund through them to the property and she said she would contact them to refund it i have all the messages on whatsapp. Still nothing. They are taking peoples money and the conditions and state of the place makes it unlivable. Cant believe booking.com can allow people to scam us like that. We had to find other accommodation and pay for that.

Great location

− The owner was not friendly when we booked and she kept on chewing or was eating something when I called her. She didn’t sound welcoming. The bathroom light was not working as well and the side tables in the main bedroom were broken . When we got back after our outing, security didn’t want to open for us and asked us if we booked there and they need to call the owner. That was stupid cause why would we lie about our stay and we had to show him our keys. So proper handover between security after change of shifts was not done and this was an inconvenience as we were outside the gate at night and our safety was compromised

Not worth it, you deserve better.

Location and price but this quickly got tainted by the unwelcoming reception and lack of basic supplies.

− It took us 30min to check-in. Upon calling the owner, she spoke too fast and unclear with a rude and argumentative tone. The pin on Booking.com maps does not match the actual address and she was impatient when I double checked information and just hung up while I was still busy talking. Upon arriving, we noticed a lack of basic preparations. The tea/coffee station was not refilled and we found old bread in the kitchen cupboard. Also, the light switch and stove top was dirty which made us question how thorough the kitchen (and rest of the apartment) was cleaned. I sent messages to the owner about it, but she did not respond. The pictures on Booking.com also didn't match the reality. There was rust, mold, water damage and broken parts throughout this "newly renovated" apartment. The one toilet was loose and there was only one bedside table which wobbled quite a bit. We only received one towel each (no face towels) and the one towel was small and old. These are basics. Additonally, there is no hot tub/jacuzzi, just a tub with a hot water tap. It's clear this owner doesn't care about her guests, which is a shame as the place has a lot of potential. So despite the good location and price, it is not worth the neglectful atmosphere and negative vibes. You deserve better.

Very clean calm and quiet everything is on point

Facility was nice. Location was good. Being yelled at was not acceptable.

− The person renting the apartment was extremely rude. When we got to the gate, she yelled at us. I asked her not to yell as it gives a bad impression and a bad review. Her reply was that she does not care.
