This place is very well loved. We take an annual trip to Seaside every year. My family and I had a great time. Very close and located to the beach and Broadway Street. If we're in town again we will look this place up

Mold in the bathroom shower and wall. Hair dryer broken. No directions for the key pad to get in.

Pleasant pet friendly home away from home.

We liked that this place is within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. As well as the space itself, having the whole apartment and being pet friendly.

− There was nothing I can say that I did not like about the facility.

Location

− I booked location in ni ember. Paid I. Full as directed one month in advance. The day of stay I get a text I Ii I received a message on the day of the stay that I needed to sign a renters agreement before the stay. I was out of cell coverage and couldn’t down load or send the agreement. Why couldn’t this be done in the months before? The first persons to arrive were going to be deprived housing!

Within walking distance to the beach, the Prom and Broadway. The unit is very quiet at night - great for this light sleeper (as long as the windows are closed.)

− Big lesson learned with this company - don't rely on the stellar reviews - focus on the poor ones. I wish I had read them! Any negative feedback mentioned has not changed, in some cases for years. This will save you headaches and direct you elsewhere for a better experience. What "Yukiko" stated In their July 23, 2022 review that,"...This property did not look like the pictures I saw on the post..." the response from the proprietor was, "The condo is exactly like the pictures...Please do not give misinformation." Yukiko's statements regarding the pictures are true. The dinette set is nasty (with contact paper peeling off) and unstable, especially the chairs! It has been switched out from the pictures and not a true representation in several ways. What "Mary" stated in her May 25, 2025 review is true "...they bought the cheapest foam mattresses they can find for the third room (one with the bunk beds), making it incredibly uncomfortable..." - though I did not expect bunk beds to have the comfort one would expect with a real bed and I didn't look at the waffle maker which apparently was "disgusting". They will send their impressive "Guide" before your arrival. It is full of misinformation and a waste of time. Read the "Welcome" binder in the unit. It will give you the correct wifi information - at least. "Donna" stated in her review on May 7, 2025, "...this place could use a deep clean and a lawn mower. I won't stay there ever again, as we visit Seaside a few times a year. Once was enough." "Patti" on July 14, 2024 stated, "The blinds on the slider leading to the back patio were broken and couldn't close them." These are still very broken and cannot be closed. This is very important if privacy - especially at night, is important.
