A wonderful treat to have this apartment as a base to explore Spoleto.
10.0We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was so comfortable and spacious. The layout was wonderful and its access to the tourist center, market, Duomo and Fortress were terrific. All within easy walking distance. Quiet as well. The host was great to communicate with and very flexible around time which was so exceptionally kind.
− There was no air conditioning which honestly, I don't think would normally make a difference. The apartment stays quite cool with its location tucked away under eaves and its thick walls. However, we visited in the middle of an intense 95+ heat wave and it would have been lovely to walk into a place that cooled us off. That being said, I would definitely stay here again in the future.
