Great communication and the deposit was refunded quickly.

− Tumble dryer was not working, this is broken since April, looking back at the reviews. Some cracks on the chicken ceiling, and downstairs toilet, as well as mastic peeling off from the bath tub side wall. Ground floor flooring is mooving and with gaps that you can see below it. One of the bathrooms from top floor has no cold water running, on the shower, second bathroom has the shower hose broken.

***DO NOT STAY HERE - Bad management, lack of beds, BAD water pressure. ***

Standard Lock Box for the property with Keys. Easy to open and get the key. However the lock to the door was very jammed and hard to open the front door. Took a while to get in to the property due to a sticky lock.

− This property was lacking 1 whole bed. The property was listed as having 8 beds, however when I got to the property with my group of 8 unrelated males, we found that there we were 1 bed short. There was no option to have a sofa bed and we were due to do a long cycle event the next day so needed a good nights sleep. We informed the property management and they initially offered a sum of £10 refund this was woefully inadequate to find accommodation for the extra person at the last minute. They offered a higher refund of about £49 however 3 weeks later and this refund still has not been made and the property management were unable to tell me how this would be paid back. This was a difficult situation as we had to find last minute hotel room for a much higher price for 1 person. The management company cant even get the basics right of knowing how many beds are in the property. There are 3 bathrooms however they have no idea that the water pressure is lacking so badly that it cannot supply water adequately to 3 x bathrooms. You cannot add extra bathrooms and expect there to be adequate hot water pressure running off a combi boiler. When one person was showering downstairs the upstairs bathrooms had no water pressure at all, hence no water. This is a huge oversight by the property owners who have no idea that water pressure suffers when you add in extra bathrooms and expect it to run on a combi boiler which is not made to supply additional bathrooms. Extra water pressure doesn't just come out of thin air.

Beds were comfy, parking for 3 cars.

− The first and most important thing, the property is for 10 persons, but there is only enough seating at the table for 6. Also, there was only enough comfy seating for 3. Why do you think that 10 people could sit around a table that has only 6 places. The garden had no seating, not happy with that. My grandson had his skin ripped off due to a faulty chair in the kitchen. The chair was falling apart, he got his finger stuck between the seat and the frame. The TV remote had no batteries in it. Very disappointing property, corners cut to make more bedrooms.

The house was very clean and there was loads of space. The kitchen was a good size too.

− The laminate flooring downstairs wasn't fitted correctly causing the laminate boards to separate. The plug on the tumbler dryer was burnt like it had a fault before so I wasn't able to use it. The sofa in the living room could only fit 3 people on it when the property sleeps 10 people. There were five of us.

The property served it’s purpose but could do with some tlc to make it better

It had 4 bedrooms & there were 4 of us so everyone had their own room. Also 2 rooms had en-suite bathrooms. Another bonus was parking for 2 cars on driveway outside front door.

− Sticky bannisters, shower in double room en-suite not working properly, loose kitchen taps, toilet roll holder in single en-suite broken, dirty/soiled toilet brushes need replacing.
