− ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) This house was a bit of a mixed experience. On arrival, I noticed that some areas felt sticky and could have been cleaner. The stairs creaked so much that every trip upstairs felt like a scene from a horror movie. There were no blinds, so the sun made sure I was awake around 6 AM every morning. The property is very close to the road, and when large lorries passed by, you could definitely feel and hear them. There were also quite a few spiders and cobwebs around the entrance and on some of the walls. That said, there were several positives. The price was fair and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. We were greeted with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The appliances worked very well. The washing machine (around 8–9 kg capacity) was excellent and cleaned clothes perfectly. The fridge and freezer cooled exceptionally well. The oven worked fine, and although I didn’t use the cooker, it looked to be in good condition. The kettle also worked perfectly. The bed linen and towels were spotless and impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is a decent house that I could recommend, especially considering the price. It just needs a few small improvements and a bit of maintenance here and there to make it a much better place to stay.

− Cleanliness was poor. Very worn furniture and decor. Unkept garden. Overgrown and dull. Some dangerous sharp edges in children's room. Loud plumbing. No toilet paper or soaps. Tight parking. Mold in kids bedroom

− Upon arrival house had not been cleaned from previous occupants. This was sorted relatively quick. No dishwasher in kitchen. Driveway is almost impossible to get into with a large family car. Water from sinks falls straight onto driveway . No pipework. Toilet too close to bathroom wall and does not flush properly
The property was well heated, with plenty of rooms but very budget.

− The general finish of the property, it was tired and we were unable to park in the car park space.
