− The property does not inspire safety, the gate is not closing and hard / heavy to close, the front door is also rusty and impossible to close so basically safety is an issue

Great location but bad house maintenance.
4.0The view is breathtaking but the house is old fashioned and badly maintained. We could not use any of the utilities as they did not look clean and we found cockroaches in the kitchen and the bedroom air con was not working. Also, opening the gate was tough, it needs a lot of strength.
