10.0Beautifully decorated apartment with brilliant use of space. Kitted out with everything you could need and more. Very comfortable bed, nice size bathroom with big walk in shower. Kitchen had a full size oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. TV's in the seating area and bedroom. Good WiFi. Very nice welcome tray with treats for us plus our dog and milk in the fridge too. Quite steep open tread steps up to the apartment. Pretty small deck area with 2 chairs, small coffee table and flowering pots. Also a parasol for shade. Close to Clovelly,the North Devon and Cornish coasts. Quiet village position with shop, pub and fish and chip shop which we made use of! We enjoyed the Bell pub at Parkham too. Nice dog walks round the village with poo bin just round the corner. Pleasant owners we saw on arrival and departure. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

A great stay in a wonderful property ideally positioned for our needs.
9.0The property was superb, beautifully clean, had everything we needed, was in a good location for access to the South west coast path and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
− The only slight issue was a tendency to knock one’s head on the glass extractor fan canopy over the hob, perhaps a foam edging strip could be fitted.

10.0This is a fantastic, high quality bolthole. Everything has been thought about and hosts Tim and Gabby were super thoughtful in communication before our trip. We loved it. Super relaxing.
