7.0Ottima la posizione centrale dell'appartamento! Casa pulita e ristrutturata. Ambiente ampio e infissi con ottimo isolamento. Ampia dotazione di biancheria per bagno,cucina e camera.
− Purtroppo ci sono alcune manchevolezze: la più importante è il citofono NON FUNZIONANTE( ciò vuol dire uscire ogni volta nel cortiletto per aprire il portone ai vostri ospiti o amici). La casa è dotata di un meraviglioso lucernario...peccato che la tendina non si chiuda e si è così costantemente al chiaro(ne tenga conto chi è abituato a dormire al buio). NON CI SONO TELEVISORI. NON C'È UN FON. Ci sono solo pentole grandi,niente pentolini o tegamini per 1/2 persone.
