− ⚠️ Absolute Scam – Avoid This Property at All Costs! ⚠️ I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this property. Please do not book this place unless you want to be scammed and left with a terrible experience. First of all, the property was in a disgusting condition upon arrival, Bedsheets had visible stains and were clearly not washed. The overall hygiene of the property was unacceptable – dusty, dirty, and poorly maintained.There were multiple issues around the house, which I’ve taken photos of as proof. To make matters worse, the hosts are now withholding £425 of my £500 deposit, falsely claiming that we had extra guests staying overnight, which is completely untrue. Two friends visited us briefly during our stay, and we even picked them up from Glasgow, but they never stayed overnight. This entire experience has been stressful, unfair, and dishonest. The property does not match expectations, the cleanliness standards are appalling, and the way the hosts handle deposits feels like an absolute scam.

5.0− broken draw in kitchen, hot water wasnt hot enough for a good shower, what appers to be fecal matter behind toilet roll holder in first bedroom on the left.
We enjoyed our stay but had to clean the house on arrival.
10.0The property is spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely layout, great dining area for the family to eat together.
− The property needs a little make over, walls were scuffed, drains were blocked when having showers, no hand towels in bathrooms and need a good clean, no outdoor furniture, oven and pans dirty, mouldy bread in cupboard and food crumbs in fridge, lots of cobwebs hanging from ceilings, sharpe screws sticking up out of door runners, crockery and cutlery needs updating.
