10.0The A/C was a godsend in the summer heat. The apartment itself was really cute and has everything you need. Great layout and felt really big! I would definitely stay here again.
− My only issue was that the code to get the keys and access card was different from the one I was originally sent - but this was quickly and easily fixed when I called to confirm the number!

Defekte Klimaanlage

− Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es hatte 36 Grad im Zimmer, sodass schlafen nicht möglich war. Ich beschwerte mich und wollte dafür eine Entschädigung, weil ich die Wohnung extra deswegen gebucht hatte, aber der Anbieter kam uns nicht entgegen. Er bot uns lediglich eine andere Wohnung an, wo wir aber eine Menge Kaution hätten zahlen und mitten in der Nacht umziehen hätten müssen. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte die Klimaanlage, warum auch immer. Ab da war es dann ok. In der Küche gab es nicht ausreichend Besteck (1 Gabel für 2 Personen) und ein zur Verfügung stehender Topf war unbrauchbar. Zum kochen ist die Küche nicht geeignet.
