− El aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal no funcionaba y pasamos algo de calor por las noches.

1.0− Desde el primer día no funciona el aire acondicionado de la habitación principal (un servicio que nos incluía) nos ponen un ventilador pequeño que hace mucho ruido ( y poco aire) para dormir con el encendido y si abres la ventana suena la autovia El baño pequeño pierde agua hasta el pasillo El tercer día el vecino se pone en obras y no puedes salir a la terraza por el ruido que hacen con la radial ,los obreros están hasta las 10 de la noche, Todo ello informado a la arrendadora ( ni cogen el teléfono y tampoco devuelven la llamada) El aire nos indica que hasta septiembre no lo va arreglar Aparece al tercer día ajusta algo del baño, pero no lo arregla y no vuelve más. En este caso creemos que vino a ver las obras del vecino (pidieron verlas entrando en la terraza) , de las cuales no nos han informado que se estaban realizando. De las obras le pongo un WhatsApp para informarla y no nos contestó. El día de antes se pone en contacto para indicarnos que le enviemos los DNI y que cuando nos íbamos. Lo mismo que ellos tienen derecho a reclamar si nosotros rompemos algo ,¿como reclamamos nosotros los despropósitos de esta señora?

10.0Very comfortable apartments, even two bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need, a cozy living room with a large TV, good fast Internet, paintings and historical items on the walls are very cool, in addition, a wonderful recreation area outside on its own terrace with sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing and a dining and coffee table and armchairs
− Don't count on the pool, it's at the neighbors', this is the view from the balcony, you can also see the sea and mountains. The mattress already needs replacing
